The Diablo II patch 1.12 was released today at 1:30pm EST (-5GMT). You can download it by login into the Battle.net realms. This patch marks the new ladder reset. The latest patch for Diablo 3 is live and kicking with quality of life changes and class set changes. There is something to look forward to for Diablo 2 players.
This feature can be toggled by issuing the command '/ignorepersist'. • Users can now filter messages based on content by issuing the command '/filtermsg '. To unfilter content issue the command '/unfiltermsg '. (The maximum length of a filter pattern is 128 characters) • Users can now set their home channel by issuing a new Battle.net chat command '/home ' while in the Battle.net chat interface. • Users can return to their home channel at any time by issuing the command '/home' while in the Battle.net chat interface. Major Bugs • Fixed a known dupe method. • Fixed another issue where players were able to stack auras in an unintended way.
When the final 1.10 patch release has been announced on www.blizzard.com, log onto Battle.net with Diablo II to automatically download and install it. Ravens do marginal damage, but can blind enemies and cannot be targeted. Ravens disappear after they have attacked a certain number of times. The Druid can summon -like spirits that provide Paladin-like Auras, increasing damage, life, or returning damage back to the attacker (like the Necromancer's Iron Maiden). The Druid also can summon one of three vines. These can poison enemies from below, or consume corpses to replenish the Druid's life or mana. The Shape-Shifting tree gives the Druid the ability to become an animal, with gigantic bonuses to life.

Needless to say, I've now been trying to get on the servers for a few hours with no success. I've been searching around on Google and Blizzard forums and, APPARENTLY, I may have been banned because, by redeeming these old cd keys that I used 10+ years ago, it's like I have 'stolen' someone's copy of the game; obviously, since the copy of the game is mine, this does not make any sense, but that's the only explaination I've managed to come up with as there's no way to prove that you actually own these codes.Now, I've read somewhere that for this 'offence' I won't be able to access the realms for 2 weeks at least. Has anyone had the same problem? Do I just have to wait it out? If some of you had this issue, how did you solve it? EDIT: I've been looking around on the forums and, apparently, even people who just bought the game from Blizzard Shop (as in, not redeeming old codes) have had the same problem. So I really have no clues.
