Some people might say I bottleneck the card using dual core but now that the game is running, it's running flawlessly. No idea why Ubisoft not letting dual core processor play it.

I can run it now. The main point here is to run it after the saved games and achievements synchronization windows but before the Far Cry 4 splash screen appear. If the timing is hard, just run it when the synchronization windows appear. Sucks that a game had to be played this way but we have no choice. At least my game is free after buying my GTX970.
